How to get a translation fast

1. Email us a scan or a good-quality photo of the document, with the language you need and your deadline.

2. We send you a quote with the delivery time.

3. Confirm you want to go ahead, and we translate the documents.

4. The translation arrives by email, and we send the certified paper copy by first-class post.

The quickest orders are the ones with nothing to query. Photograph each page flat, in good light, with all four corners showing. Include the back of any certificate. If the document contains your name, send a copy of your passport so the spelling matches. And tell us what the translation is for, so it is prepared in the right form the first time.

What decides how fast we can go

Length. A one-page certificate can be done on the same day. A 40-page contract is a different job, and for long documents on short deadlines we plan the work across a team of translators and a reviewer, working from one shared glossary so the terminology matches all the way through.

Language. The widely spoken languages are quickest to staff. For less common ones, the earlier you ask, the more options there are.

The file. An editable Word document is faster to work with than a photo. Poor scans and handwriting take longer to read.

Certification. Certifying the translation is a short final step, and it does not add days.

Can you really translate on the same day?

Yes, and we take great pride in it. The earlier in the day you send the document and confirm the quote, the more of the day there is to work with.

Do you work in the evening and at weekends?

Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Does urgent translation cost more?

It can, when other work has to be moved to make room for it. You will know the price before we start, so there are no surprises.

What if my document is long?

Send it anyway. We will tell you what can be delivered by your deadline, and whether part of it can come first, such as the pages the other side needs to see now.
